Open a listing you like and reach out to the organizer. Depending on the listing's trust level, you'll either message them directly or get a booking code to share with them first — the next few questions explain what that means.

Every listing carries one of three trust badges: • Listed — collected automatically from a public post. No organizer has confirmed it, so double-check every detail with them first. • Owned — an organizer manages this listing directly, but hasn't gone through our verification process yet. • Verified — the organizer's documents were checked and they're under contract to honor the price and plan shown, with our follow-up after the trip to hold them to it.

For Owned and Verified listings, tapping Get booking code gives you a short code to share with the organizer on WhatsApp. Once they confirm it, we notify you — that's our record the trip is actually happening, which lets us follow up afterward. Listed (auto-collected) listings don't have a code, since no organizer has claimed them yet.

No. Sinbad Syria doesn't process payments or bookings. Once you're in touch with the organizer, you agree on price and pay them directly, just as if you'd found them yourself.

Verified organizers have been checked by our team and are under contract to honor what they list — they lose the badge for good if they don't. Organizers without it may still be legitimate, but we haven't confirmed their details, so avoid paying in advance and double-check everything yourself.

Sinbad Syria connects you with independent local organizers rather than running trips itself, so we aren't responsible for bookings, payments, or disputes made outside the app. Favor verified organizers, never pay in advance to an unverified one, and confirm every detail directly before committing.
